As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Molèt Health & Wellness, Ms. Mikkiya Caldwell plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the clinic’s operations. She provides high-level administrative and operational support, manages schedules with precision, oversees critical workflows, and acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Her proactive approach and keen organizational skills ensure that the day-to-day functions of the practice run smoothly and efficiently.

A dedicated scholar, she holds an Associate of Arts degree and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English at Mercer University. With a passion for effective communication and human connection, she is advancing toward a career in Speech and Language Pathology, a field where her talents and dedication will undoubtedly make a profound impact. In the future, she aspires to achieve a Doctorate in her chosen field, exemplifying her commitment to lifelong learning and excellence.

With over 18 years of experience in patient care, Ms. Martin is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator. She holds two Associates of Occupational Science degrees—one in Medical Assisting and another in Business Management—both from Miller-Motte Technical College in Macon, Georgia. She is also a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), underscoring her expertise and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Throughout her career, Ms. Martin has worked in various roles, including as a Medical Assisting Instructor at Miller-Motte Technical College, where she taught and mentored aspiring medical assistants. Her hands-on experience also extends to working as a Medical Assistant at Surgical Associates and Podiatric Medical Associates, and as a Medical Assisting Instructor and Lab Coordinator at The American Professional Institute.

With 18 years of experience in direct patient care, Ms. Martin is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach. Her patients appreciate her professionalism, empathy, and dedication, while colleagues value her reliability and strong work ethic.
